Chaotic Wrestling
19 December 2004

Ah, the holiday season.  You can’t swing a stick without running into a holiday.  Some are real and some are imaginary of course.  Nonetheless it is inspiring to me to try and be positive.  So I tried to find some nice little Indy wrestling websites to review.  Not tremendously successful though….

But before we move on, be sure to check out the inner workings of the mind of someone who is big and scary, yet somehow sensitive and caring.

No, not Koko….  I mean Hardcore legend Dave Padula.  Always an interesting read.

And speaking of interesting reads, AJ Paz’s latest is certainly not.  (Link not provided for your comfort)….

How come nobody wears really cool wrestling gear anymore?

Barry Bonds has nothing on this guy….

And isn’t it about time we mentioned oilwrestlers.com?  And shouldn’t we try to make up for that hideous Giant Gonzales photo up there?  OK, here you go……

We pause now as we dial 911 for a certain member of the Wrestlingmark staff in the event he viewed the above photos.

………….and we are back.

By the way, Friday nights are lousy for wrestling shows.  (Unless of course you are unemployed)

We interrupt this witty column for breaking news…….

The associated press is reporting at this hour that there is more than one Indy wrestling promotion in New England .  Authorities are trying to notify Chainsaw of this startling development.

OK, we are back, and I suppose we should get right into the review.  This week (month?) we take a look at……………

PWF NORTHEAST!

www.pwfnortheast.com

First thing you notice at this site is ……. What?  ……..Really?  Oh.  I was just informed that there are reports that there are other Indy wrestling promotions in New England .  So I suppose I can’t get away with just cutting and pasting in a previous review and hoping you won’t notice.  Maybe I should write a whole new review about a different site?  Fine.  If you insist.  Let’s go to………

CHAOTIC WRESTLING!

www.chaoticwrestling.com

Two words here:  Title Freakin Histories!  Just yesterday I was sitting at a bar with my faithful servant Manuel wondering who were the first Chaotic Tag Team Champions.  He said it was Kyle Storm and Little Tokyo.  I was pretty sure it was Moondog Spot and Kid Pyro.  Turns out we were both wrong.  According to this nice site we now know it was…. (Look it up yourself, it’s easy to find on this well designed site!)  And you can certainly do your last minute shopping at their merchandise shop.  (Nice prices too!  It’s the Walmart of Indy Wrestling!)

The profiles are spiffy, and “Ringside with Rich” is a column that actually provides info and insight.  Also a nice little section dedicated to the Chaotic training center.  Time for the scores.

CONTENT:

graphics: Simple, could use a little more pizzazz.  (14 out of 20)

information: Excellent.  Extremely up to date.  (32 out of 35)

TOTAL SCORE:

(81 out of 100)  Indy sites don’t get much better, but I’ll keep looking.

So that will do it for this installment of the Webstalker.  Holiday greetings to everyone in the Wonderful World Of Indy Wrestling.  May Santa bring you bags full of HTML, and a full house to your Saturday evening wrestling shows (Hint)…

As usual, you may consider me
